Its been over 10 Months now and still the same PROBLEM!!! sort this out already cause i am sick of this that i am getting, i refuse to even tell you right here whats the problem cause if you check on my line number : 0215349931 then im sure you will find reports relating to it and faults on the line!
I report a fault immediately every time you guys send me the sms saying report has been resolved but its not resolved, Thank You very much.
I understand that you guys are the only company who provides the line for users and you do not have to care about others but i am paying for a service and i expect some sort of help.i do not get calls anymore, no-one responds to my emails so what now?
Go to that Exchange in Epping cause i live in Thornton, Cape Town and Upgrade it or re-configure my dslam and maybe (according to mweb) it will work but no you do not want to do that.
