All I need is for you to come and sort out my line.

My line has been so broken for the past 6months and by that i mean, the internet is slow, online gaming is not possible anymore, my ping is so bad it is like between 100-400ms, where it was 10-20ms before.sometimes i cannot browse the net because of how bad it is... 4 technicians have been out and and have all found a fault but every one has not come to sort it out, they say I must try this and that but it still doesn't work.

6 months now and still you guys have not sorted my problem out, A technician came last Monday and said i must get me a new telephone and so i did, 3 different ISP's, 3 routers but still the same problem, so please get your together and sort this out because i am paying for such a pathetic service.

please sort it out

*Hint* it has been messed up since the upgrades of the 384 to 1m
