Good day, I am really sorry but you leave me no choice but to complain! I have been holding on for over 20 minutes to speak to a consultant regarding my faulty handset. I recently upgraded to a Sony XPeria Z. The ringing and alert volumes on the handset are set to full and maximum on all levels but you cannot hear the phone ring. Can someone urgently contact me as I have tried to contact you with no results. Thank you.
