I upgraded on 25 February. was told would get my phone by Friday and that there was plenty stock. after calling i discovered that there was no stock on the accessories and was told they could not send the phone without the accessories. to my dismay they send the phone and no accessories. Really i thought the on line service was supposed to be so much more efficient than the stores. Please will you inform me as to when I will get my accessories. Very frustrating!!
