LG SELLING G2 WITHOUT PROTECTION ACCESSORIES

I purchased a cellphone LG G2 from the pavilion Cell C. I asked for a screen guard and was told there was no stock. The next day I went to Gateway to look for a screen accessories. LG had not provided stock in Game, Dion Wired, Cell C, Vodacom, and every other cellphone accessory shop you can find in Gateway. My feet were sore! The next day I went to the Chinese Mall. Nothing! To my disappointment, I shattered my screen on Monday morning when the phone fell from the dressing table. I called the LG Rep who explained that they did not have stock of LG accessories and it was a general problem in all cities. He then offered me a free screen guard and pouch to compensate for the damaged screen. I was fuming!!! What is the point!!! It IS my fault that I dropped my cellphone which IS insured however it is absolutely unacceptable that LG did not provide me with the protection. My insurance wants R750 access! I refuse to pay. LG should repair my phone. I have tried to call Victus and Dion who I have been told will be able to resolve my issue. They are both NOT answering their calls. This is absolutely frustrating I cried yesterday. There goes my Xmas savings!!!
