Z10 accessories still not supplied as promised

Hi

I upgraded to a Z10 blackberry over a month ago and still have not received the free accessories as promised, i decided to stick to vodacom as they were going to save me money on having to buy accessories for the phone but have still not heard anything since.

Please advise
