Please see my previous report on the 10 March 2013! Further to this:
I laid the complaint on 10 March 2013. Since then Vodacom has contacted me to confirm that they are sending the accessories which they owe me. They even promised to send me an upgraded type of protection. However nothing came and when we followed up it resulted in no progress. Today (almost a full month later) I have a received a courier for HALF of what was promised and the protecter given is useless as it does not actually protect the front. When will vodacom be able to get what is seemingly simple correct? When will the rest of the accessories arrive?! True incompetence.
I don't actually know how to get this resolved any longer. I am at a loss.
