I lost my phone Nokia 820 Lumia in August, 08 2013 and reported it to the insurance company which they approved my claim on the 15 August 2013 and i had to pay an Excess amount of R350.00 which i agree to pay. I went to the MTN shop in Greenacres Shopping center in Port Elizabeth to collect my phone, they told me that i needed to pay R899.00 more for the gadgets because the phone comes in a package. I told them that I don't need the accessories as I already have them, then a man called Guy told me that there's a shop that has these phones without the accessories he will ask them to send it to their shop, but it will take a week and he'll call me. When 2 weeks passed I went to the store to find out and he told me that the store has closed down so I will have to take the whole package there's nothing else he can do to help. That's when my problems started because I refuse to pay for the accessories that I already have & had paid for.
I have not been using the mtn number for more than 3 months now so you must have been calling a number that is not active. This is too much I deserve a better treatment from a company that I have been a loyal customer to for many years.
