ALWAYS THOUGHT CUSTOMER WAS KING

I took out a contract a few months ago and the phone I chose was a Blackberry 9720. From the very beginning the phone gave me, one of the buttons would not work properly so I took it in and they replaced it with a new one. About a month ago I noticed that the screen was fading and it got worse everyday. I never had the phone in the sun, nor near water so I took the phone in again and I was told that I cannot get a new phone and that all they can do is fix the phone. I do not see why I should get the phone fixed and that I cant get a new one. In actual fact I would prefer if I could get another make of phone that is of the same value as that blackberry because if this is the second time I have had problems with that make of Blackberry, then I am probably going to have problems with it again in the future and I would really like it if I can get another make of phone.
