I upgraded nearly 4 weeks ago and was promised to have my phone within 7 days, didn't happen, then they made new promises and also didn't happen, then they started dogging me and Brian replied on my previous Hello Peter Complaint and SAID, it's resolved and Closed, I still don't have a phone, so how is this possible. No 1 is helping me, I want to talk to management, somebody that can resolve my issue and also to Brian, want to understand how it can be closed. Customer of Autopage for MANY years, how can you treat your customers like this, and worse of all, no apology to date from any agent I spoke to.
