Last night I called in to report a fault regarding my decoder. I first spoke to a lady who mumbled, was unfriendly and decided to put me through to their technical department because she couldn't assist, where I was then cut off. This call took 16 min at cost to ME!
I still had the fault & called again. This time I spoke to Lesego Modise. I explained my problem, that I just spoke to another person & that I was cut off. As far as I can understand, this was not Lesego's department of expertise but she assisted me all the way to viewing pleasure. Where she was unsure, she requested assistance from a colleague & explained what she was doing every step of the way. Even though this call took a little longer, I was happy to hold while she got assistance, in order to assist me. She didn't once give up & persisted until the problem was solved (unlike the first agent). The entire call was friendly, helpful & professional - & BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM MULTICHOICE!
Multichoice needs more people like Lesego assisting their clients - Lesego can definitely teach the other agents a thing or two about being of service to their clients.
