My wife and I popped into the store to find out what was required in order to process an upgrade.
Dino, amongst the busy front desk, called us over as He was available and asked how He could be of assistance.
We requested info on the upgrade and Dino, kindly advised us that He could process it right away as there was stock in the store, along with processing the necessary upgrade docs from us, which he kindly assisted with.
Dino made sure of the phone number transfer to the new phone and all the while with a friendly and efficient attitude.
We would give Dino and the store a 10/10 rating for friendliness, efficiency and effectivenes.
