I applied for my late mothers estate with FNB on the 9th of January and i was assisted by a guy named Modise, he said the money will be transferred to my account in two weeks as i also bank with FNB and he also said that they might have a back log therefore the payment can either be made two to three weeks max. three weeks has passed and when i call to find out when is the payment been made Modise is never available or not answering his phone, i've called so many times asking for him his phone just rings and he doesn't answer. this is not on i would really appreciate it if the management can get back to me and let me know what's the hold up regarding this payment.
