Everyone is quick to complain... not so quick to praise where it is due. I have dealt a couple of times with a brilliant service consultant called Pamela Nkosi at Std Bank Fourways Crossing. She is a fantastic ambassador for Std Bank - friendly, efficient, courteous, calls back if she commits to do so, and delivers such good service. pamela, there are many people who deliver rotten lacklustre service - dealing with you is an absolute pleasure.
