I am on my second Sony Xperia Z in less than two months.
The first phone cracked the screen internally and i was told by my service provider mtn that it is beyond repairs
and i was given a new handset after having to pay a R600 amount for excess.
The second phone cracked the screen today as i was driving to a meeting whilst it was in my pocket. Hence you the
phone even had a protective cover on it to prevent damage incase in falls. These handsets are just poor quality.
I tried to contact the South African Sony head office on 011690 3555 and i got the answering machine. This is poor workmanship from Sony.
I refuse to pay any more money towards insurance claims for a handset that is
clearly of poor quality. I am really disappointed in Sony and will never buy or recommend any product
by them to anyone.
i hope the relevant person responds to my complaint as soon as possible, i will not let this matter
go this time around.
