I reported my telkom line as faulty on Tuesday morning. After following up with them every day, they have come back to me today saying repair work is scheduled for 22 May. That means nearly 3 weeks of having no landline, no Internet no email nothing. I use this line for business only. How must I work with no line for nearly 3 weeks. Who is paying for my down time?? Who is paying for the alternate arrangements I now need to make. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Worst service providers ever!!!
