Still Waiting/Poor Service/Dishonest

During the month of April I pre-ordered a phone, I was contacted on the 25/04/13 and told I was preapproved I must call on Saturday the launch date so they can process my order. Which I duly did and sent all the relevant documents to them on Monday 02/05/13.

The sales agent didnt bother to confirm receipt thereof and I had to do all the following up that week. To date I still do not have my phone, have been told they have no stock.

1: If I was pre-approved certainly my phone should be ready?
2: When I called Gugulethu Thusile, she tells me she cannot help me I must call customer service, I have called them on numerous occasions and each time there is a different story, "Order hasn't been placed" "No stock"
3: I have been waiting since the 02/05/13.
4: Number was to be ported and she didnt even ask what number.

The story is more complicated and to involved to explain, but bottom line, the service is pathetic, even when you call the callcentre you wait an average of 15min to get the called answered and then they just give you some long story. No body knows whats going on.
