When I logged a call with that my 3G coverage is very poor and pages time out and download rate is extremely slow, but Thembi told me " Kindly note that the area in question does have 3G network and is working fine. Even the customer's number: 833085597 shows that it is conneted on the 3G network. ".
However when i phoned the them again on 083 900 1212 i spoke to Mthokozisi, and this friendly man told me tower 845 is down and that is why i have no internet. Clearly Thembi does not want to help the customers at all. and I would appreciate an apology from Thembi for giving me the incorrect information, whereas Mthokozisi gave me accurate information. my telephone: 0844053112.
