Immediate, efficient assistance

Hi Mweb.

I have recently been having problems with my line speed, and an unusually high latency/ping. I called your 087 7000 777 number for some assistance at just before 6:00PM on Tuesday 8 May. I waited on the line for a consultant and it took only about 4 minutes. I was connected with Imraan who was very friendly and helpful. I explained the problem to him and the overall length of my interaction with him was probably about 4 minutes as well. In this time he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While we were waiting on things to be reset and connections to be made, he explained in detail the problem to me, and gave me some tips on how to prevent it happening again. I would like to compliment you on your consistent efficiency and the friendliness of your staff. (This is not the first pleasant dealing I have had with an Mweb consultant.) Keep up the good work.
