Elocated and asked telkom to moves line to the new address, recieved sms's prompting to to be available 3/05/2013 technician called 8.30am to let me know he was gona get there at 9am, by 1pm he had not showed. I called telkom many times after to ascertain If he was still coming and was told he was, not only did he not come he and reported that he did and there was an issue with pipes but he could not have entered the house to make that claim, today 8/05/2013 he hasn't come again and any attempts to contact him by telkom staff have failed. Two leave days spent waiting and no way of finding out what's going on going around in circles with telkom customer services no one has a clue and all I want is my Adsl line.
