I cancelled my ADSL during May. I got notice from Telkom on the 5th June that my line was cancelled - effectively giving Telkom 30 days notice. TODAY I received a bill for services rendered from the 11th July to 26th July. MY line is supposed to be cancelled NOW I have to pay Telkom because of their inefficiency.
Please can someone sort out this mess and confirm back to me in writing that my line is cancelled.
