Good afternoon
On the 01/09/2012 I got a call from Tshepo Mataboge from cell c selling modem 500 MB plus stick for R45.00 a month I agreed to the contract for 24 months. The modem was delivered at my work place I didn't use it for the first month the second month I used it to download music and to my surprise the statement came amount due to Cell c was just over R600.00 I phoned Cell c 140 the lady explained to me that the modem was open line contract WHICH TSHEPO DIDN'T MENTION IN OUR CONVERSATION. On the 21 I sent an email to Cell c asking them to listen to the recording and let me know because I was not to pay for what I didn't buy. Till today I haven't received feedback from them 7 months since I lodged my complain and my account is being handed over to Pholosa for collection
This is affecting my credit profile can Hello Peter helps me get respond from Cell c
I asked that they give me the telephone recording as I was told it would be available to me should I need it I asked that they give me a statement nothing till to date
