Deceitful..Bad Service..Had enough of Cell C!!!

In Aug 2011, I received a phone call from Cell C offering me a free Blackberry. All I had I had to do was pay for airtime that gets loaded every month on the sim and which gets deducted from my bank account via debit order monthly. She said it would be approx R160 per month.
I told her I am not interested in a contract. She assured me that its not a contract and its just the airtime I am paying for. Eventually after asking her this several times, I agreed to take the offer.
However, I received my first statement of account for Sept 2011 clearly showing that this was indeed a contract and my debit order was about R245.
I then contacted Cell C in Oct 2011 and sent an email informing them and wanted them to correct this or have this contract terminated due to "false sales tactics". I asked them to check the call recording and wanted to be refunded.
It has been almost 2 years and I have contacted Cell C several times. I am still waiting on the call recording.
The agent keeps telling me as soon as it comes, they will contact me. Every time I called they had my dispute on the system as "case closed", when I ask to speak to a supervisor, they too busy to speak to me.
Had enough of Cell C!!!
