Change of Surname/ assistance on upgrade

Number one

I've been married for more that 8 yrs now. And with numerous requests to change my surname from my maiden name in order to match my ID document, still it have not been done. I asked numerous Voda Shops to forward my marriage certificate and request to and I even did it myself. On 2 May 2013 I phoned and mailed my doc's to customer care again. What more must a person do, to get the service you require.

Number two.

I have a contract on my name for my mother. My mother is residing in Port Elizabeth and was visiting us in Gauteng during the mont of April. A week before the actual upgrade on her number we went to the 4 U shop in East Rand Mall, where I were told to give my mom a consent letter and a copy of my ID, She can then once in Port Elizabeth do an upgrade. With numerous problems that a shop in PE gave us, I phoned the upgrade department to order a phone to be delivered by my mom.

I phoned the upgrade department on 8 May in order to require when the phone will be delivered, where I were told that the phone will be dilivered during the course of the day. Still not done. The courier company told me that they were given the wrong contact number form Vocac
