HOW CAN YOU HAVE WARRANTY LEFT ON ONE PHONE FOR SOFTWARE PROBLEMS BUT NOT ON THE OTHER IF THEY DO THE EXACT SAME THING IN THE SPACE OF A MONTH.I HAVE TWO SAMSUNG GTP6200 TABLETS ONE DIED TWO MONTHS AGO SENT IT TO MTN TO FIX AS WE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS FOR IT BEING DEAD WENT AWAY CAME BACK NO CHARGE THE OTHER ONE DOES THE SAME THING A MONTH LATER NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PHONE CAUSE IT HAS A CRACK ON THE SCREEN GLASS WHICH DOESNT HVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PHONE BEING OFF NOW MTN WANTS TO SEND THE PHONE BACK AS I SENT IT TO THEM SO YOU ANSWER ME Y DO I HAVE TO P[AY MY PHONE BILL IF I DONT HAVE MY PHONE IVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 5 YEARS NOW THINK I MUST CHANGE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAT WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME AND NOT GIVE ME THE ROUND AROUND
