I walked into an almost empty vodacom store on the upper level of sandton city on Saturday, sat by the section for upgrades, and none of the staff approached to help, i had to go call someone to help me.
The guy that helped me had no idea what he was doing, or what contracts to suggest. He has absolutely no sales skills, and luckily there was another branch in sandton city - where i went to go sort things out. But i have never seen or received such awful service from from vodacom in my 13 years with vodacom.
If it wasn't for the inconvenience I would have changed service providers, but i am highly disappointed by the service.
