I upgraded my contract with my local branch. With my deal i was suppose to get a car charger and Mp3 player. The branch loaded the deal for me and supplied my phone the next day. Since then they have been trying to get the gifts as well. The branch has gone out of their way to assist me but they have no luck. I really feel that Head Office should get this problem sorted. i have been waiting for 6 weeks. Its not about the goods, just the fact that this was part of the special and cant be produced. I want some feedback. My issue is with Head Office.
