Modem disconnects anytime while I'm still busy

I'm struggling with My Internet USB modem which connects when it likes, and disconnects anytime while I'm still busy working, is this the service we (Cellc customers) are being forced to accept,
I made a few calls inquiring about this problem, I've alwayz been told to disconnect, do some manual Network settings, but this thingie has an Auto mode to pick up available signal anytime wherever,
Now I'm tired, I wana know Why is Cellc Internet access so Unreliable?? and what are they doing about it?
They must Stop making excuses for their inadequate systems, tired now..
