2 weeks later still no service and data!

I returned from living overseas 2 weeks ago. Switched my SIM card to my SA number but the cell service never stayed longer than 5 mins. And the data was non-existent. I took matters into my own hands since I wasn't getting any help from the technical department at head office and went to the iStore, Vodacom, dozens of phone calls and several trips to my local Autopage branch with no luck. I landed up having to upgrade my phone as they thought it was the cell phone that was causing this issue. That didn't work. I got a new SIM card and that didn't work either. I have now found out - 2 weeks later and after incurring large expenses -that it is supposedly a migration issue as I've signed up for a larger contract from 1 Jan 2014. The local office was very helpful but the head office has provided zero assistance and no support to their staff at the local store. I'm tired and frustrated with the lack of service from the head office. What should have been an easy fix was ignored and was a total inconvenience. I'm still sitting with no reception or data. This situation has left me doubting Autopage and I'm tired of the poor service.
