My complaint is regarding a previous complaint which is still unresolved.

Whats the point of having a dedicated person dealing with these complaints when they merely get recycled back into the channels from where they originated?
So after weeks of following up I have been told that the tower in my area is working fine, then that there is a fault but can't say how long its going to take to fix, then that the tower is fine, then when I show them the email confirming that its not, just to be told they've logged another fault.
This is ridiculous, pathetic service.
My first complaint is therefore still valid, and DO NOT tell me to contact coverage or data support.
