Ad after sales service

This is a message I wrote on the cell c facebook page... 3 days ago. Phone speaker broken... send phone away for 3-4 weeks... 7 days later I have to send the phone away this time the phone freezes, switches off, overheats, technician cracked the inside of my screen from previous send in... its been 2 more weeks so all in all my phone has been with technicians for almost 2 months and still I have heard nothing... the after sales service and the false information about the cell c coverage is ridiculous.

I am lucky to get edge at our house which is meant to be full 3G all the time...

the last reference number I received was CLC917202.

TK from facebook tells me that Nelly will call me... the last time Nelly called me all she said was " you need to send the phone in and ask for it to be prioritised"

It has almost been 3 weeks since I last sent the phone away and still heard nothing from anyone... a phone that has overheated has had all its electronics compromised and I should receive a new phone... my sim card seems like it is not working 100% either!

I want answers!!!
