I am not happy with 8ta and there staff!!! everytime you call you get a other awnser!! i took a contract for R358 or somewhere around there and not for the past 2 months i get billed almost R800!!! FOR WHAT??? AND WHEN YOU CALL NO ONE EVEN KNOW CAN HELP YOU ALL THAY KNOW IS PLEASE HOLD OR I DONT KNOW!!! THERE STAFF IS UN TRAINED... AND THERE ARE ALOT OF HIDDEN CHARGES AND THE BILLED YOU ON DATA AND CALL THAT YOU DID NOT EVEN MAKE OR BUY!!! THE STAFF TELL YOU ALL KINDS OF STUFF THAT IS NOT TRUE ABOUT THE CONTRACT!!! I HAVE A 18 PAGE VOICE USAGE BILL!!! WHERE IN YOURE LIFE!!!
