After my BB Z10 speaker failed for the second time, I handed my phone in 3 weeks ago to be sent to Jhb for repairs. I have just phone the local office to be told the phone is still with the technician. I got an sms a week ago to say it had been handed to a technician - how long does it take to confirm the speaker is not working??? The handset is under warranty. I will now receive a cursory apology e-mail from Cell C followed by a call from a call centre agent who recites a script to me. Hello Peter themselveswill also send me an e-mail promising they will follow up with me on whether the matter was resolved but never do.
