I feal like a ping pong ball

I really have had it now.
mtn keeps sending me to different ppl the whole time .. they keep saying i must call coverage then coverage say i must call data support...
then all they do is change setting on my modem and no results "i have told them lots, my modem is fine i have no problems at work with it what so ever, only at home and it used to work at home no problems"
at 1st they said to me the tower had problems tower 331, now they say the tower is fine and i am still having problems, no one wanna give me any ref numbers. so i don't know how to follow up, i really feel like to say to mtn
to take there stuff and shuff it.
i have been with them long and this is the support I'm getting. i am all ready cancelling one of my contracts with them for the same reason it took them more then a month to sort out that account they made a mess of they upgraded the account without my consent and i had to sit with data on my normal call who-me then they changed to a open contract "i mean really" at long las yester day they seem to have corrected to contact type but what about all the airtime i lost.. they can take all the data away and just give me my airtime. i rather not say any thing more..
