I also got the tower tested response that my tower close to my home is working, I logged the following call with 1555 00003560468 when i enquired about it 2 weeks later response was that nobody even looked at the call to rectify.
STOP SENDING ME STANDARDIZED RESPONSES I want an answer and my connection fixed as it keeps on freezing even though it states with a full signal that it is connected, but there is no data flow.
If you need to replace my SIM Card then advise, but this will not be for my account as it's your connection thats not working but get your act together and sort this out as it's been a few months now with this connection problems as has been detailed in my previous complaints listed
