Wont be reversed

My cell was stollen at 2:50pm on the 22nd of April at the gautrain station, so when I realized it was gone and was able to call vodacom and lock the line and blaklinst the phone at 3:53pm about R1000 worth of charges were done on my phone, some were airtime transpheres, some WASP's of sorts and even 15 transactions done after the line was locked and blacklisted. The reply from vodacom is "we cant help you you must pay them". When I said that Vodacom should not pay the service providers for those charges they replied "we cant do that" When I asked what they would do and that they should not charge me for it they replied "I must pay". No if is done on my Credit card, its reversed vodacom are not willing to do the same. SO vodacom please DO NOT charge me for those things done on my line or you will lose a long time reletive high spending client. I have had to pay for a sim swap a new phone and feel VODACOM should come to the party and assist here
