This is to whomever is reading this.
Id like to start with why the Blackberry brand is in a downward spiral. The quality of their handsets is simply atrocious. I very regrettably own a Blackberry 9630, and it been almost two years of never ending issues with the phone. The battery life leaves little to be desired, if i get at least 8 hours, its a good day. The operating system had to be upgraded because the phone kept freezing, which i might add didnt solve the problem. Almost on a weekly basis, it doesnt recognise the memory card, there is always an alert sayings either the memory isnt inserted or the memory card has errors. Just two days ago, all my music was miraculously deleted. And it seems that my phone has developed a nasty case of necrotizing fasciitis, the buttons have been falling off on a rather annoyingly regular basis. This i can only conclude to the shoddy workmanship of Blackberry and its employees. I will, and you can count on this, let everybody that i know, know what a rubbish brand this is, and i will urge them never to consider buying a Blackberry. And just to rub in just aliitle more salt in it, i will post this on as many social networks as i can.
