NOKIA ASHA 205 - DAMAGED

Dear Game Canal Walk Management

I bought a Nokia Asha 205 phone from you 3 weeks ago, for R599.00. This was a gift to my mother. Now the phone is giving all kinds of problems, sms' not going through, very bad signal, some number cannot be dialed it's just one big mess and pathetic quality. Now I want to bring the phone back, get my money or a voucher and buy a more expensive but better quality phone. I was told that the phone first needs to go in for repairs, I am sorry but I cannot wait 10 - 12 days for a new phone, and neither do I want a phone that is such bad quality as this one ever again. Please tell me how we can sort out this problem. I bring the phone in, you take it back, give my my money back and I will buy a more expensive phone right there and then, that is the only solution, my mother cannot be without a phone for 10 - 12 days, neither can she have one that is such bad quality as this Nokia Asha 205. Looking forward to hear from you and I hope we can resolve this matter soonest. It's not like I want my money back, I am willing to pay more for a decent phone. Thank you and kind regards.
