About 2-3 weeks ago I did an upgrade telephonically and I was asked which colour phone I would like. I asked what colours are available and I chose purple (Nokia Asha 303). The phone arrived 3 days later and it was grey. I returned it with the courier and wrote on the invoice that it is the wrong colour. I called Cell C and I was told I could not get this phone in purple - don't understand why they gave me the option then in the first place? I have sent e-mails, sms and tried to follow up on when I am getting the grey phone, and nobody has come back to me yet. Everytime I phone the call centre I explain my story to different people and hold on for ever, I get transferred to the upgrades dept. but nobody answeres the phone there. Just deliver the grey phone or if this is too much trouble for you I can go to another network provider.
