Please do not put people on your phone lines if they are incompetent of dealing with a query! We (our compnay) sent a package from Durban to Port Elizabeth on the 14/03/13 today the customer complained and moaned at us that they hadnt recieved the goods! On calling Asha in the PMB branch she offered politely to help (thanx Asha). I took it on my own to phone your PE branch, to no avail they couldnt track the parcel themselves (THE PARCEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED YESTERDAY - OUT CLIENT IS OUTRAGED). I then phoned the Durban branch to see that the parcel had left (Justin ehelped me here - and confimred my fears about your PE branch - he took time to help me and found out the package was "possibly on delivery at the time") Asha phone dme back now, she has been on the phone for more than an hour and has no results from them and is waiting on a call from a Leon the manager there! this is unacceptable for such a big company to not be able to tell me where my packing is! (a package worth a substansial amount of money). Thank you Asha and Justin for your help when no one else could help me
