Extremely Bad Service and incompetent agents

Hi

I recently did a upgrade and choose the Nokia Asha 311. I received the phone but the phone was faulty. I called the call center and they advise that the courier will pick the phone up and send me a replacement. I advise the agent (Happiness) that i did not want to get the same phone but change to the Nokia Lumia 510 instead because the Asha 311 troublesome

She told me the upgrade was done and they will send the replacement phone. I waited 1 week and then received a new phone. To my surprise it was the Asha 311 again. I called and they told me there courier will come pick the phone up and send me the correct one. I waited 2 weeks and called in twice.

I spoke to Stanton and he told me both time that the courier will come pick up the phone on Wednesday or Friday but 2 weeks later still no one came. I called in today and no one can see that i changed my phone on the system and yet again i have to go through the same processes again

Pathetic service and incompetent agents. I did my upgrade a month ago and still have not received my correct phone but yet I'm still getting charged my monthly installment. Auto page if i don't receive my correct phone by Friday please cancel my cont
