I have two accounts with 8ta and last month my Samsung S3 stopped charging and i took it in for repairs. They called me back to tell me that i blew my phone while charging it and the repairs were gonna cost me 2K IN WHICH I DECLINED THEIR QUOTE becoz my phone was working perfectly fine before i handed it in for repairs the ony problem was that it wasn't charging.my phone is only six months old and its still under warranty but nobody is willing to help or give me a warranty exchange.i have gone to Eastgate countless times and the manager Brenda is rude she doesnt help.i have phoned customer service and spoke to Gugu, Balungile but they aren't willing to help. I have asked for the Customer service manager Verusha but she doesnt wanna take my call. Im paying these people every single month almost R900 but i have a problem they dont seem interested. What kind of SERVICE IS THIS!!!
