MARCH 2013 A CALL WAS MADE FROM MY LANDLINE AT 19.05PM. TELKOM FOR SOME REASON HAD BILLED THAT CALL FOR WELL OVER 16 HOURS!!! THAT 1 CALL COSTS APPROX R143. I HAVE BEEN QUERYING THIS WITH 10210 FOR OVER 2 MNTHS NOW BUT NO1 CAN HELP ME. I WILL NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT AS COMMON SENSE - WHICH IT SEEMS MANY AT TELKOM LACK - WILL TELL YOU THAT 16 HOURS FROM 19.05PM WILL TAKE YOU WELL INTO THE NEXT DAY DURING LUNCH TIME. NO1 IN MY HOUSE HOLD SPOKE FOR THAT PERIOD, AND WHY IF THERE WAS A LINE PROBLEM DID IT CUT OFF ONLY AFTER 16 HRS!!! I HAVE MADE OVER 6 CALLS TO TELKOM AND NO1 CAN HELP ME. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THAT CALL - AND AM IN THE PROCESS OF CANCELLING MY LINE AS TELKOM SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!
