I was just really impressed with the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S4 was on back order, and I was told to expect a series of sms's pertaining to my order. During the same week, I received these sms's, my upgrade was done, and I got my phone after 7 days. Only comment I want to make about it is that after being very excited about it, I couldn't use the phone right away because no-one had informed me of the fact that the S4 requires a micro sim card. I think it would be even better if you guys could inform the client when they order a phone that requires a change of sim - would've made it perfect. But the call centre is very jacked up and I was well informed as to what to do.
