About 2 weeks ago i complained altech brits that my phone has a problem. It looks like the sim needed to replaced as it was damaged. But Erica informed me that their system showed i didnt have sim insurance but on my account it has. So the sim swap did not happen. During this time i had to keep calling checking for feedback, very bad service. Still not resolved...
