Since January 2013 I have been attempting to cancel a telephone line and dsl with Telkom... guess what I am still being billed for it and I am still being harassed to pay the account every month... in March I attempted to cancel another number... and I guess I am out of luck there too!
Emails, phone calls, being driven mad and close to tears by Telkom... what do I need to do to get these two lines cancelled and the money refunded???
Unlike Telkom I am not a never ending river of money! I am so upset by the shoddy service!
