I cancelled my 3 telephone lines in the beginning of February 2013 to be effective 1st of March 2013. Did everything Telkom requested and 3 months later, they were still deducting all three lines even though NO movement occur. After following up and spending a full day submitting again, I received a call from a number 27 12 3117962 (Kgomotso), informing me they cancelled the lines and will reimburse my company. The very next month, Telkom AGAIN deducted the full line rental of all three lines.
Looks like it is impossible to cancel any service with Telkom! But dare you miss one payment ...!!
