Enough is enough MTN

My son was robbed at gunpoint & his cell was, I was due for an upgrade on my contract so we went to MTN Northgate. After speaking to the consultant and making it very clear that I did not want to pay more than what I was currently paying it was agreed that I could upgrade to an I-phone & pass this over to my son. She advised me that the contract would remain the same & he could use the phone with a data bundle that MTN was offering at R75 per month. Once this bundle had reached the limit it would automatically stop till the following month. I asked her on numerous occasions about the limit and was again assured that he could not exceed this limit. After receiving a bill that was 4 times my normal bill i approached the store concerned to have this sorted out. The sales consultant denied the conversation we had so i approached MTN head office. Finally we had a meeting with the consultant her manager & the area representive of MTN. As i had signed the contract & they had no record of the adjustment on my sons cell i was told that it was my word against the sales consultant (this insinuates that i must be lying), phone is now suspended & i'm very uphappy with the service
