NO 3G SERVICE VERY VERY VERY SLOW DOWNLOADS AS OF THE 18TH MARCH"13 - TECHNICIANS RE-CALIBRATED THEIR YAGI ANTENNA - PROBLEM PARTIALLY RESOLVED, HOWEVER COULD NEVER RECEIVE MORE THAN A APPROX 3Mpbs download speed.

AS OF 1st May '13 PROBLEM STARTED AGAIN VERY VERY VERY SLOW SPEEDS, WITH INTERMITTENT NO ONLINE ACCESS AT ALL! - THIS HAPPENS EVEN @ 3.3Oam!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS SLOW TO RESPOND TO DESPERATE REQUESTS FOR FEEDBACK AND RESOLVE

DO I REGRET BUYING THIS CONTRACT!
THE AGGRAVATION, INCONVENIENCE, LOST WORK, WASTED TIME, AS WELL, AS ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED HAVING TO BUY 3G ACCESS FROM ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER HAS MADE THIS @8tada @TelkomMobile BRAND EXPERIENCE A NIGHTMARE!

AND OF COURSE, THE ENTIRE CONTRACT WAS PAID FOR IN FULL - and IN ADVANCE!
