Cell C suspended my number because of their lack of competancy. I upgraded during January 2013 and changed the banking details. They tried to deduct money from the wrong bank account while I was still paying the account and even had a credit for April 2013. I spoke to Sheraldene from the legal department who admitted that Cell C made a mistake and promissed me that within 4 days my account will be rectified and that I will receive my new simcard. That happened 29 March 2013 and till today I heard nothing from them. They tried to deduct the wrong amount (I don't know where they get it from) from the correct account which indicate that they still didn't upgrade and fix my account. Please assist.
